Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. Please text, email or call and I will do my best to find you a suitable alternative appointment.

Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours prior to your session will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the cost of the treatment: £65 for a one hour session or £85 for a 90 minute session.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • I will take payment for a missed appointment via BACS transfer and send my details to you by text.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services in the form of a credit note or no charge will incur.

New Clients Deposit:

  • To secure your appointment new clients. will be asked to pay 50% of the total treatment cost upon booking. This sum is only refundable if the appointment is cancelled by me, or if notice to cancel is received in accordance with the cancellation policy.
